Produced by HAY, the Mimi 3-seater sofa was conceived by British-Canadian designer Philippe Malouin as the natural complement to his collection of sofas of the same name. Its compact, sculptural silhouette is characterised by a large, slightly domed central cushion, enveloped in a supple cover that drapes over the frame like a throw, combining precise stitching with a relaxed look. With a fully removable cover, Mimi has been designed to last: its removable cover can be maintained, replaced or renewed over time, in keeping with the brand’s commitment to longevity. Functional and versatile, this 3-seater sofa can be used just as easily as a footrest alongside a Mimi lounge chair as it can as an extra seat or a standalone lounge piece. Crafted from a solid wood and plywood frame, filled with polyurethane foam and a combination of recycled fibres and granulated foam, it is available in a selection of high-end fabrics that complement the entire collection.
